Gillian Oliver

I joined Bournmoor Parish in 2020, having been a clerk at Little Lumley Parish since 2016. I’ve always been interested in the local community and have often been actively involved in local community groups such as Woodlea PTA, Bournmoor Cricket Club and am on the Executive Committee for Houghton Harriers – I’m always looking for opportunities to improve and support the areas in which I live.

I am qualified in Change Management and work as a project manager in government, with over 30 years experience and I also have my own home made jams and chutney business. 

In my home life, I have a husband Stace and 4 children, 3 girls and 1 boy, although they are more adults now with the eldest a Teaching Assistant, one at University and the youngest two at High School!
